“ So so good! We got the chiletacos! The flour tortillas are fresh! We also got the papancha! The next time I go I'm getting 4 tacos! They're around $8 each but so worth it! They give you a very large portion for 1! Ambiance is old school and sports theme. Service was good! ”
“ Foooooooooddd I like their hotdogs here. Great bacon cheese fries And great bacon wrapped hotdogs ”
“ Great place for some unique Mexican food. The flavor and toppings on the Chiledogo was fantastic. I bought the Birra Burrito to save for lunch the next day but couldn't wait to try it based on the extraordinary taste of the dog. Burrito was also delicious. As good as the food was, the best part was the service. Thanks for the special treat...flavor was amazing...almost as good as Habanero beer! Also love the baseball theme. Even had the LA game on the tv. Go Cubbies! ”
“ Yelp Review 2024 #91: Back in the day when my friends and I in L.A. would go clubbing and drinking, we could always count on the hotdog vendor outside the club to bring us back to life with a salty, greasy hotdog wrapped in bacon sitting nicely on a soft hotdog bun. I miss that - the hotdog that is. So, off I went to check out Tacos y Hot Dogs Sonora. It's located near the swap meet on Las Vegas Boulevard. There's quite a number of legit taquerias and mariscos in the area and I'm no stranger to them. When the doors/ windows have metal bars, you know you came to the right place! A quiet and unassuming place, we walked in to get some hotdogs. The walls were decked out with baseball logos - Mexican teams on one side, American teams on the other. They have bags of masa, tostada, duritos (not Lay's but Mexican flour chips shaped like a wheel), empanadas, etc you can buy. Momia: Salchicha, Queso, Tocino, Jamon, Tortlla de Harina = hotdog, cheese, bacon, ham, flour tortilla. I was expecting my classic bacon-wrapped hotdog hangover cure. This was pretty similar but with much more. I would ask no tortilla next time because although it provided crunch, it was a bit much. Or I'll go with the Quesidogo (which is just bacon-wrapped hotdog with cheese) which I only noticed after I was done eating 4/5 Chiledogo: If you like chile relleno and hotdogs, this is the one for you. Heartburn central so bring your Tums. The Chile brings a mild heat. 4/5 French Fries: One order would be enough to share between two people! Super hot, lightly salted. You can ask them to split the fries so they can put some in each hotdog basket. 4/5 For drinks, they have canned soda, aguas frescas, bottled water, and horchata. They have a few tables so you can eat your hotdogs, caldos, tacos, quesadillas, asada fries and what have you inside the restaurant or get your food to go. The people here are nice. They make your food to order so it comes out in about 15-20 minutes piping hot. It's under $9 for a hotdog and under $5 for fries that can be split between 2 people so, you're looking at $12 per person - that's cheap! ”
“ Come this place and didn't Know anything, staff is so nice love it . And the food was great best hot dog I've had ”
“ Located in North Las Vegas on Las Vegas Blvd. this secret hotdog taco spot is legitimate. I had the ChileDogo which is a Chile rellano filled hotdog loaded with cheese, chorizo, beans and cheese sauce. If you're in this part of town, you gotta check it out. I only had one hotdog, but I would come back highly recommend. ”
“ This IS my new FAVORITE taco in Las Vegas! So good, owner is friendly and one taco is huge! ”
“ Came here on a hot dog crave. The menu looks great. However, the hot dog was really bland. I wish they would use all beef to give it a really good flavor. Anyway, I would be back to try other things on the menu because it did look really good and the place was busy. ”
“ We were on this side of town and checked out this place. The area isn't the best but it's soooo worth it. The restaurant was easy to find in a little strip mall. The staff was nice. He even recommended the corn tortillas on the shrimp tacos over flour which was delicious. The food took 5-10 minutes to make. It was delicious and I'll be coming back here to try some more items. They had a small dine-in area with 8-10 tables. The horchata was excellent and they have real sugar cane cokes. I definitely recommend the shrimp tacos and hotdogs. ”
“ The wife's two favorite foods are hotdogs and tacos....so this was a must stop when we last visited Vegas. I got the chiledogo, wife got the quesidogo, and we got a side of Toritos...which are basically just bacon wrapped poppers. The hotdogs used are oscar mayer weenies....which my wife loves but I don't really care for. Also, I'm a fat bastard, one small ass oscar mayer weenie isn't going to cut it. Granted, the hot dog is smothered in cheese and a bit of what I actually this is like chorizo or something. Either way, it wasn't alot of it. After having a Chiledogo and two toritos, I was left wanting more. It was enough food for the wife. All in all, it's was ok, nothing terrible, nothing out of this world. The sauces are not spicy at all so don't be scared to drench whatever you're eat with it. Would we come again, eh maybe. Would we go out of our way to come again, probably not. ”
